Castle L.L.C. – Shalom Wildlife Zoo Ticket Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Giveaway Period: October 4, 2025 – October 31, 2025
1. Overview
Castle L.L.C. (“we,” “our,” or “the Company”) is hosting a community giveaway to celebrate and support Shalom Wildlife Zoo/Sanctuary.One (1) winner will receive two (2) tickets to Christmas at the Zoo hosted by Shalom Wildlife Zoo in West Bend, WI.This giveaway is hosted independently by Castle L.L.C. and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Shalom Wildlife Zoo/Sanctuary
2. Eligibility
Open to residents of Wisconsin, aged 18 or older.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.
Employees, contractors, and family members of Castle L.L.C. are not eligible to win.
3. How to Enter
To enter, individuals must sign up on Castle L.L.C.’s website at castlehomeservice.com.
Signing up is completely free and does not require a purchase.
Entries must be submitted before 11:59 PM on October 31, 2025.
4. Prize Details
Two (2) admission tickets to Christmas at the Zoo hosted by Shalom Wildlife Zoo.
Approximate retail value: $30 USD.
Tickets will be provided digitally or physically by Castle L.L.C.
The event is organized and operated solely by Shalom Wildlife Zoo.
Because Castle L.L.C. is not affiliated with Shalom Wildlife Zoo, Christmas at the Zoo ticket availability is pending purchase and subject to change.
If we are unable to obtain admission tickets for the Christmas at the Zoo event, we will instead provide:
Two (2) regular admission tickets to Shalom Wildlife Zoo, or
If that is not possible, a gift of equal value ($30) toward an event or local experience of the winner’s choice.
If the winner has children or additional family members they wish to bring, Castle L.L.C. will make a good-faith effort to cover additional admission costs for immediate family or a significant other; however, this is not guaranteed and will depend on total cost at the time of award.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
One (1) winner will be randomly selected on or after November 1, 2025.
The winner will be contacted directly via the email or phone number provided during signup.
If no response is received within 72 hours, a new winner may be chosen.
6. Publicity
By participating, entrants agree that Castle L.L.C. may use their first name, city, and testimonial (if voluntarily provided) for promotional purposes in future marketing or social media posts.
If an entrant wishes to opt out of having their name or testimonial used in this way, they may contact us at contact@castlehomeservice.com and include their full name and contact information associated with their sign up account to request removal or exclusion from promotional use.
7. General Conditions
The giveaway may be modified, suspended, or canceled at any time for any reason at the discretion of Castle L.L.C.
No cash alternative or prize substitution will be provided except at the company’s discretion.All decisions
by Castle L.L.C. are final.
